Solar, wind, and transmission - one inspection pipeline

The same drone fleet and assessment engine that inspects towers and pavement runs across energy assets too - structural and operational condition, corrosion, thermal performance, and vegetation encroachment, assessed and delivered as one report.

SEC 01Asset types

Three asset types, one pipeline

SOLAR

Panel & array condition

Thermal and visual capture across the array surfaces panel-level hot spots, cracked cells, soiling, and mounting or racking defects - findings tied to the exact panel and row.

WIND

Blade & structural inspection

Close-pass drone capture of blades, nacelle, and tower structure surfaces leading-edge erosion, cracking, and lightning-strike damage without a turbine climb or shutdown for inspection alone.

TRANSMISSION

Structural & right-of-way condition

Structure tilt, conductor and hardware condition, and vegetation encroachment along the corridor - measured and located the length of the line.

SEC 02The workflow

Five steps from site to report

01STEP 01

Configure

Select the site - an array, a farm, or a transmission corridor - the applicable framework, and the deliverable: an inspection report, a structural assessment, or an operations & maintenance input.

02STEP 02

Capture

Drone-based visual and thermal capture across the full site - panels, blades, structures, and the surrounding right-of-way - flown from a fixed base or mobile unit already covering the region.

03STEP 03

Model

The capture becomes a structured digital twin of the site - component-level geometry and measurements tied to real-world location.

04STEP 04

Assess

Structural and thermal findings are measured and evaluated against the applicable structural and operational standard, each finding backed by imagery and a confidence band.

05STEP 05

Deliver

A finished inspection and engineering report - findings, measurements, evidence, and repair or O&M recommendations - reviewed by a qualified professional where required.

SEC 03Frameworks

Structural and operational standards, by asset type

Energy findings are scored against the structural and operational standards that govern that asset type - NESC and NERC vegetation-management standards for transmission, manufacturer and industry O&M standards for solar and wind - the same framework-based assessment engine used across every asset class we support.

We'll run the full assessment

Whatever the asset class, we'll collect it, build the digital twin, assess it against your framework, and show you the deliverable it produces.
