Try an assessment on a few of your own assets.
A pilot is a small, defined assessment on assets you choose. You see what Argis Labs delivers on your infrastructure before deciding whether it is useful, and we learn what an assessment should include for owners like you.
What a pilot is, and is not
Small and defined
One asset or a handful of the same type, in or near Phoenix to start. Scope is written down before any work begins.
Flown and handled by us
Argis Labs flies every inspection and does the analysis itself. You do not manage a flight, a vendor, or a report.
Paid, at a price agreed up front
Pilots are paid, so both sides take them seriously. The price is scoped to your assets and agreed in writing before any work begins. We do not publish prices because they depend on the asset, and we will talk about it openly on the first call.
Not a long-term commitment
No subscription or multi-year contract to start. After the pilot you decide whether to order more.
A two-way exchange
We ask for your honest feedback on the deliverable and on how you would want to buy and use it. That feedback shapes the product.
Honest about maturity
Argis Labs is early stage and still building out its autonomous network. Some asset classes are further along than others. We will tell you plainly what we can do today and what is still being built.
Five steps, with you in the loop
- 01
Conversation
You tell us about your assets and how you inspect them. We say whether a pilot makes sense.
- 02
Scope
We agree the assets, the sensors, the deliverable, what success looks like, and the price, in writing.
- 03
Prepare
We confirm site access and airspace requirements, and tell you when we will be on site.
- 04
Collect and analyze
We fly the asset both manually and autonomously, then produce the agreed deliverable.
- 05
Review
We walk through the results with you, listen to what is missing or wrong, and discuss next steps.
Manual and autonomous, side by side
Argis Labs is still building out its autonomous network, so pilots combine both approaches.
On a pilot, your assets are inspected both manually and autonomously. Comparing the two lets us check autonomous results against a manual baseline, and lets our systems learn the flight patterns and assessment metrics each asset type needs.
Argis Labs flies both the manual and the autonomous inspections. You do not have to manage either. We handle the planning, the flights, and the comparison.
- A manual baseline to check the autonomous results against
- Flight patterns refined for your asset type
- Assessment metrics tuned on your asset type
- A plain account of where the autonomous results match the manual ones and where they do not
What we need, and what you receive
What we need from you
- The assets and their locations
- Permission and a contact for site access. You do not need to arrange flight plans or airspace authorizations
- Any existing inspection reports or records you are willing to share, to help us compare
- One decision-maker and one day-to-day contact
- Time for a review conversation and honest feedback
What you receive
- The deliverable agreed in scope: typically a digital twin and located condition findings with their evidence
- The raw and processed assessment data you paid for
- A review conversation covering what we found and how confident we are
- A clear view of what is and is not ready for your asset type
- The option to order further assessments, with scope and price agreed first
How we handle the questions owners ask first
You are giving us access to important assets. Here is how we approach it.
Flight planning and authorizations
We handle flight planning, airspace, and any authorizations required. You do not need to arrange anything. We do not fly until everything required is approved.
Site access and safety
We coordinate access, notify the right people, and follow your site safety requirements. If a site is not safe or permitted to fly, we do not fly it.
Insurance
Before any flight, we will confirm the coverage and provide the documentation your organization requires. We do not fly without it.
Your data
Data collected on your assets is used to deliver your assessment and to improve our service. We do not share your data with other customers. You receive the assessment data you paid for in both raw and processed form. We will agree data ownership and handling terms with you in writing.
Using the results
Findings are decision support. They are not a seal, a compliance determination, or a replacement for a qualified inspector. Work-order and maintenance-system integrations are planned, not available today. Results can be shared with your team through the Argis Labs app and as exported files.
Questions first
Ask us anything before you commit to a pilot, including how we will collect your data and what we can and cannot do today. Write to hello@argislabs.com.
Who we are looking for
We are looking for owners and operators of towers, solar and wind sites, bridges, utility lines, and similar assets, starting in the Phoenix area, who already inspect those assets and are open to trying a different approach on a few of them.
If you are a consultant, engineer, or vendor who serves owners, we would still like to hear from you. Tell us in the form, and we will talk about how to work together.
Which assets would you want to see assessed?
Tell us what you manage and how you inspect it today. We will tell you honestly whether a pilot makes sense.
