The full-service infrastructure assessment platform
Argis Labs helps civil engineering firms deliver ADA and pedestrian infrastructure projects dramatically faster. We collect every mile, our AI detects, measures, and analyzes compliance, and your engineer reviews, seals, and delivers - under your brand, in weeks instead of months.
The expertise exists. The capacity doesn't.
Title II requires every city to maintain a documented ADA transition plan - and enforcement is accelerating. The engineering knowledge exists. The field and reporting capacity doesn't.
Compounding pressure
DOJ enforcement, litigation risk, and federal funding tied to accessibility push every municipality toward a current, defensible plan. The work keeps coming.
Manual end to end
Field crews with digital levels, spreadsheets, GIS editing, months of report writing. A citywide assessment consumes a team for a season - at margins that barely justify it.
The staffing ceiling
With civil engineers in short supply, every ADA project you staff is a project you can't bid. Firms turn away municipal work - not for lack of expertise, but throughput.
You win the work. We power the delivery.
Argis Labs is your technology and assessment partner - everything between the signed contract and the sealed plan, handled.
Your firm wins the contract
The municipal relationship, the procurement pathway, and the professional responsibility stay exactly where they belong - with you.
Argis Labs collects and processes
We perform the data collection ourselves - autonomous scanning where available, our own field collection where it's not - and run every mile through the AI platform.
Your engineer seals and delivers
Inventories, compliance analysis, evidence, cost estimates, and the complete transition plan arrive ready for review. Your PE validates, signs, and delivers under your brand.
Your name on the plan.
Our engine underneath.
Your clients hired your firm - its judgment, its seal, its relationship. Argis Labs keeps it that way. Every deliverable ships as your work product, and the technology stays invisible unless you want it seen.
- Your firm owns the client and the record
- Your PE reviews and seals every plan
- Argis Labs collects and processes every mile behind the scenes
- No hardware or capex on your end - ever
- Take on more cities without adding field staff
Nine deliverables. One pipeline.
Every mile we process produces the full stack a municipal engagement needs - asset inventories, PROWAG compliance analysis, defect measurements, evidence packages, repair recommendations, cost estimates, prioritization, reports, and the transition plan itself.

Stop digging for the answer. Just ask Ada.
Ada is built into every Argis Labs workspace - scoped to exactly what your team can already see, nothing more. Ask how many findings are still pending, pull up a sealed plan document, or bring a new teammate on board. No dashboards to click through, no reports to re-open.
- Real numbers pulled live from your own portfolio - never a guess
- Sealed plan documents, ready to download, mid-conversation
- Helps you invite a new teammate without leaving the chat

What your firm could save
Answer two quick questions and see the difference for your own network.
How large is the network you're assessing?
What's your blended engineering labor rate?
Assumes ~4 field/drafting hours per mile manually vs. ~0.5 PE-review hours per mile with Argis Labs, plus a $200/mile processing fee. Directional estimate, not a quote.
Collection tools hand you data. Argis Labs powers your practice.
Robots, phones, and vehicle scanners all produce measurements. Argis Labs is the partner that carries every mile from collection to a deliverable your engineer can stand behind.
Questions engineering firms actually ask
Does Argis Labs sell to cities, or to engineering firms?
Argis Labs sells directly to civil engineering firms. Municipalities are the end clients of those firms, not our customer - your firm keeps the contract, the relationship, and the professional responsibility. Argis Labs works underneath your firm as the technology and assessment partner.
Do we need to buy hardware or provide our own LiDAR data?
No. Argis Labs collects the field data itself - autonomous scanning where conditions allow, our own field crews everywhere else. There’s no hardware to buy, no capex on your end, and no data collection work for your team to do.
Does Argis Labs replace our PE, or do we still seal the work?
Your firm’s PE remains the professional of record. The Argis Labs platform performs detection, measurement, and compliance analysis and generates the full deliverable stack; your PE reviews, adjusts, signs, and seals the final work product, and your firm delivers it under your own brand.
What deliverables do we actually receive from an engagement?
Nine engineering-ready deliverables per engagement: asset inventories, PROWAG compliance analysis, defect measurements, evidence packages (imagery, video, and 3D), repair recommendations, cost estimates, prioritization models, engineering reports, and the complete ADA transition plan.
Does Argis Labs only check the federal PROWAG standard?
No. Federal ADA/PROWAG is the floor, but many states and municipalities layer their own adopted standards, bulletins, or amendments on top. Argis Labs analyzes every finding against the standard that actually governs the jurisdiction in question, not just the federal baseline.
Is ADA/PROWAG pedestrian compliance all Argis Labs does?
It’s our beachhead, not the whole company. Pedestrian accessibility is the most urgent, established starting market, but the same platform is built to extend to broader infrastructure condition assessment as we grow - additional asset classes that engineering firms already assess for their municipal clients.
How does pricing work?
Argis Labs combines a recurring enterprise platform subscription with usage-based assessment processing priced per mile, plus project-based fees for full transition plans and reports. See How it works for the full structure.
